How an AI Chatbot Handles 90% of My Transient House Inquiries

I get thousands of Messenger inquiries weekly. Rates, availability, check-in time, directions — the same questions over and over. I used to spend 12 hours a day just replying.

I built an AI chatbot using Claude + Meta webhooks. It connects to my Messenger page, reads each inquiry, and replies with the exact info needed. It handles 180+ conversations daily without me lifting a finger.

The key is a well-structured FAQ prompt. I wrote down the top 50 questions I get, organized by category (bookings, rates, amenities, check-in/out), and fed them to the AI with instructions to keep replies short and warm.

The chatbot costs about ₱500–1,500/month to run. A VA handling the same volume would cost ₱20,000+.

Now I spend 30 minutes a day on Messenger — just checking the complex questions the AI escalates to me.
