What is FreeUpToHours?
I build automation systems for Filipino small business owners who spend too much time on tasks a machine could handle. The most common: a Messenger chatbot that replies to inquiries 24/7, a pipeline that writes and publishes daily blog posts, and a lead system that follows up with every customer automatically. I run a 15-room transient house in Baguio. Every system I sell ran in my own business first.
Who is this for?
Small business owners who spend too much time on repetitive tasks. Transient houses, clinics, dental practices, plumbing services, real estate agents — any business where customers message you and you handle bookings. If you have repeatable tasks, I can automate them.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
I'm not an agency. I'm a business owner who built automation for his own business and now offers it as a service. I don't have a sales team or account managers. I do the audit, build the system, and support you personally. Every system I build is based on what actually works in my own business — not theory. And there's no one between you and the person doing the work. That's me.
Do I need technical skills?
No. I build everything and hand it over ready to use. You review blog posts before they publish, take sales calls that the chatbot escalates to you, and check a 5-minute daily dashboard. If you can use Facebook Messenger, you can use this system.

How does the AI chatbot work?
It connects to your Facebook Messenger and replies to customers instantly — answers FAQs, checks availability, books rooms, logs everything to Google Sheets. It's trained on 200+ custom Q&A pairs about your business. If a conversation needs a human touch, it escalates to you with full context.
What does content automation include?
AI writes daily SEO-optimized blog posts in your voice, using proven copywriting frameworks. Each post includes meta titles, descriptions, and headings for Google. Every blog is also converted into 3–5 social media posts. You review and publish in about 10 minutes a day. English and Tagalog supported.
What is lead automation?
A system that captures every inquiry from Messenger, Facebook ads, and your website — logs it to Google Sheets, tags it (warm lead, just browsing, past guest), and follows up automatically. No reply in 30 minutes? Chatbot sends a follow-up. Past guest? Re-engagement message before peak season. You get a daily summary and only talk to the ones ready to book.
What kind of custom workflows can you build?
Anything repetitive. Appointment reminders, invoice follow-ups, review requests, inventory alerts, staff scheduling. If you can describe the manual process, I can build the automated version. Common for plumbers, dentists, doctors, and other service businesses.
Process & Timeline
How long does setup take?
Most systems are set up in 1 week. Custom workflows may take 1–2 weeks. I start with a free 30-minute audit to understand your business, then build and test the system before handing it over. The first week includes monitoring and tuning.
What do I need to provide?
Your business information — rates, services, policies, FAQs. Access to your Facebook Messenger and Google Sheets. That's usually enough. For content automation, I'll ask for examples of content you like so the AI matches your voice. For custom workflows, I'll ask about the specific process you want automated.
What happens after the system is live?
I monitor the first week, tune responses, and fix edge cases. After that, you get a daily dashboard or daily drafts. I'm always a message away if something needs adjustment.
Pricing & Commitment
How much does it cost?
All pricing is in Philippine Peso and published openly — no "request a quote," no custom pricing, no surprises. It starts with a FREE homepage: I build your homepage first on a private dev link, free, so you see real work before paying anything. The full 5-page Next.js website (deep SEO + schema, PageSpeed 95–100) is ₱12,000 one-time, plus hosting at ₱500/month (with one easy revision) or ₱2,500/month (with revision support). The monthly automation bundle — AI chatbot for Messenger plus lead automation — is ₱3,000/month, with setup from ₱10,000. AI Content Automation (daily SEO blog, Facebook content, a Meta ad creative + Pixel) is ₱12,000/month. The SEO audit is free. AI/API/server usage runs about ₱500–1,500/month and is paid directly to your own accounts, never marked up.
Are there contracts or lock-in?
No long-term contracts. Month-to-month. If the system isn't saving you time and money, you can cancel anytime. I build systems that work — locking you in isn't how I keep clients.
What if it doesn't work for my business?
That's what the free audit is for. I'll review your operations and tell you honestly what can be automated and what can't. If your business isn't a fit, I'll say so. No pitch, no pressure.
